Every finding has a status that tracks where it is in your workflow. There are three statuses, and they cover the full lifecycle of a finding from the moment the agent reports it to the moment you’re done with it.

The three statuses

1

Open

The default status. Every new finding from the agent lands as Open. This is where triage happens and where the finding sits until you decide what to do with it.
2

Fixed

You mark a finding as Fixed once the vulnerability is resolved. You can do this manually from the detail view or the dashboard, or let a retest flip it for you automatically once the agent confirms the issue is gone.
3

Risk Accepted

You mark a finding as Risk Accepted when you’re not planning to act on it. Out of scope, a known risk you’re accepting, a business decision, or a finding you believe is wrong. Risk Accepted findings stay visible on the dashboard so the decision is always tracked, they’re not hidden.
Findings are never deleted or hidden. Every finding the agent has reported stays on the dashboard so the full history is always there, regardless of status.
