Every app has a downloadable report that's always current. You grab it from the Download report button in the top right of the app's detail page. The report is a PDF that covers every finding on the dashboard, along with their severity, status, description, and steps to reproduce.

Reports always reflect the latest state of your findings. If something got fixed yesterday, it shows up as Fixed in today's download. If a new scan just produced new findings, those are in there too. You don't have to regenerate anything, the download is always fresh.

The report is formatted for the standard compliance contexts you'd need it for. It works as penetration testing evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and the other frameworks that ask for it. It's also fine for board updates, security reviews, or sharing with a customer who wants proof you're doing the work.
